We were pregnant with our second child, when in the early morning hours of November 13, 2010, our son decided to make a quick entrance into the world. After only 2 hours of labor, our son, Noah Matthew, was born in the front passenger seat of our new Toyota Sequoia while in the parking lot of Stony Brook Hospital. We were excited over his arrival, yet had to deal with the impossible task of cleaning our now destroyed truck. After several phone calls to interior detailers who subsequently laughed and exclaimed they do not do biohazard cleanups, we found the number to Biotech Recovery. It was a Saturday morning when we spoke to Gary and explained the situation. He met Mike at our home within the hour to look at the truck and began cleaning it that day.Biotech Recovery cleaned our vehicle throughout the weekend, ensuring the job was complete. Gary constantly kept Mike and I up to date on the situation with the truck. Gary has since kept in touch, always asking how the truck is doing to ensure there will be no further problems. Gary even walked us through the insurance process and made sure that everything went seamlessly.
Noah entered this world in the Toyota Sequoia and thanks to all of the hard work of Biotech Recovery, we got to bring him home in the same truck only 2 days later. At least going home was a lot less eventful! Thank you to all of the workers at Biotech Recovery! You will forever be a part of the story about Noah's wild entrance.
